TRAINING

Joe has numerous training courses and workshop in leadership, organization, transition management,
conflict resolution, character development and organizational culture. You may contact Joe for more specifics.

Coach Joe trains and works with couples, families and organizations of all types in the area of relationships. His approach is based upon the notion that "Our Relationships Are Our Teachers."

“Relationships” are those primary relationships of life: family, work, recreational, social and other frequent relationships that call for commitment, awareness and communication. These are relationships where giving and taking are implied and where there are issues related to boundaries – in other words, the physical, emotional and spiritual territory of each individual.

Perhaps it could be better stated, "Our relationships are our teachers if we choose to learn from them." Commonly, people tend to blame others for their relationship problems and yet have the same problems in numerous relationships.

The wise and teachable person will begin to ask, what can I learn about myself in my relationships? What is it about the way I relate that creates the same types of problems over and over?
