WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP?

I will send you a number of forms for you to complete and return to me. These forms are designed to provide me information about you and to help you ponder the questions “What do I want?” and “What do I really want?”

These tools will help both of us determine where you want to start in this journey. I suggest you make a copy for your files.

After I receive back your completed forms, we will schedule a free session or two to discuss your goals for coaching, how we both feel about the way we are “clicking” and the potential value to you of coaching.

I sincerely want to feel you are going to realize a value of more than 2 or 3 times the cost of your coaching and that you are deeply committed to the process.

We will settle on a fee, based on the time and frequency of our calls and/or meetings. I will then send you our written agreement for signature, or, if your company is paying for your coaching, whatever documentation is required.

"All coaches are consultants; few consultants are coaches." Coaching can be very therapeutic, but we will not ‘do therapy’.Thanks for the chance to serve you. It is a real privilege to be allowed to be such an important part of your life. I Look Forward to Working with you as your Coach!
